Engineered ground screws provide the foundation, specified to suit your soil conditions and structural loads.

Adjustable piers and bearers
Engineered connections secure the adjustable piers to the ground screws. Piers and bearers support the floor and allow height adjustment to suit your site and finished floor level.

Insulated SIP flooring
Structural insulated panels from Fenster & Panel complete the subfloor, combining structural support and insulation.

    Upload your architectural or construction plans and soil report. Include structural information and loads if available.

  2. Receive a preliminary estimate
    We review the information provided and prepare a free preliminary estimate before you commit to engineering.

  3. Proceed to engineering and a final quote
    If you decide to proceed, paid project-specific engineering determines the specifications required for your final quote.

  4. Arrange supply and installation
    We confirm the supply and installation scope for your project. Ground screw installation is available through us or by builders following accreditation.
